|  || Wednesday, August 01, 2007 || ah yes! finally! my blog's up! and for those who didnt noe..i did have a blog like 2 years back..haha but i found it pointless to post rantings of your daily life..but i guess it's ok cause u just wanna get it all out eh..hmm so i shall see how long this thing goes..anyways..so us Olevel drama pple have got to do this self devised play..on a current issue..or anything at all..my wonderful group(consisting of bry, jacq, afiqa, saran,, hui xian and myself) came up with the idea of war..which we are faring at quite well now..we actually based it in the future..so we made it such that it points out stuff like: 1. In the future, man becomes so numb to war that it doesnt seem alarming anymore..which also means it rips u of basic emotions.. 2. (even though its set in the future, we don't use high tech machinery) Thus showing that no matter how advanced you get, it eventually is between just you and yourself, that technology is not quite trustworthy. "Back to Basics" kinda concept. (did that make sense?) 3. War's just bad. yup and like as part of research..i flipped through the papers and i swear..ok for those of u who actually read the papers..go to the main section..flip through..and there wud be at least 3 articles on bomb blasts and stuff..and like in a week..i promise u can find no less than 10 articles on war related events..which makes u kinda think really.. why war? cause in the end, six feet under, we're all equal. |
