|  || Saturday, January 23, 2010 || Oh dear Lord!What happened to all the men who (are): Have a mind of their own/Don't do something just cause everyone else is doing it/Man enough to have a decent discussion cum arguement without swearing and giving up talking and making the girl cry/Give someone the chance to talk and actually listening and not ask them if they're done at the end/Mature enough to understand that being in love with a girl's ass or boobs is actually physical attraction and not love/Honest about their feelings in an objective and nice way/Have such intellectual conversations with you that that itself is so damn attractive/Not petty little gossip girls/Do not pretend/DO NOT have double standards/Don't sleep around and act like it's cool cause it's bloody not and you're not a stud, you're just a slut/Are able to have awesome conversations with your parents/Don't think that Saturday Nights = Clubbing/Drinking/Have the guts to make a move when they know that she actually could be the one, especially since you guys are like so freakin' close and ARE meant to be together (wait I'm not done yet!), and not have the nagging feeling that you need to go "explore" first/Can look into your eyes while genuinely thinking about nothing but you/Think with their head on their neck and not with the one at their pelvic area/AND AND GAAAHHHHH?!?!?!?!?!? I mean ok fineeeeeee yes.....I admit that I'm just being angsty and all, and it might be just a little too much to ask of, but still, where are the guys who are at least half as decent as that?!?!?! AND WHY THE DEVIL WAS THE MALE SPECIES CREATED TO MATURE SLOWER THAN THE FEMALE SPECIES, LEAVING US FEMALES TO MOURN AND CRY AND YELL ABOUT THE LACK OF MATURE/SENSITIVE/ACTUALLY NICE GUYS/MEN FOR AT LEAST TEN YEARS OF OUR LIVES??? WHEREFORE ART THOU?!?!?! =( Boy, that sure was a lot of ////////////////s. On a much lighter note.......  Hahahaha awwww isn't that adorable? =D
blossoms...{ 4:13 AM } || Wednesday, January 06, 2010 ||  I've been wanting to do this post for a long time, found a good opportunity, so here goes. "A video of a woman being groped at a New Year countdown party has sparked the outrage of netizens. The 30-second video posted on various citizen journalism platforms, Stomp and omy.sg show a woman in bikini being groped by at least four men. The incident happened at the New Year countdown party at Sentosa's Siloso Beach at about 11pm on 31 Dec.Deejay Daniel Ong, who co-hosted the party said the woman "mooned the crowd" prior to the incident and was "visibly high". Police said no report has been lodged over the incident." I got this short article off The Electric New Paper website as soon as Sara told me about the incident. Now I can be very feminist, but I think sometimes we women just ask for it. I mean come on, when incidents like such happen, I don't even get as angry at the men as I do at the woman. The article states that the woman was "mooning the crowd", which means that she was exposing herself in a slutty way, and if this was really the case, then she deserved it. I mean seriously, if you display yourself as such in public, which man wouldn't want to take advantage of it? Sometimes we females give the headstart to men, and then we cry out and say that we're being taken advantage of. First of all, respect yourself. If you display such slutty behaviour in public, then you're obviously sending out all the wrong signals to the people around you. There's a difference between having a provocative face, and actually displaying provocative behaviour. If you were minding your own business and not doing anything outrightly loose in public, and people were to pass judgements, comments, or men were to touch you, then of course that's something to be taken action upon. But if you are purposely behaving/dancing/wiggling your ass in such a manner, then are men wholly to be blamed for wanting to touch you? I'm not heartlessly saying that the woman is in the wrong; both parties are. It's not wrong to go out and have fun on occasions whatsoever. But be mindful of yourself. I'm not only referring to this article specifically. I'm saying it on a general note. So many girls these days are going wild, and alot of cases of girls being molested or raped are being surfaced. It's so damn unfortunate if they happened to be just minding their own business or innocently walking under their block when such a horrible incident takes place. But what about those girls who purposely send out such signals in the name of "just having fun", or the ones who make themselves seem like sex kittens all over the internet? Sure you might be having fun. But no matter how much you think that it's just harmless fun, eyes watching you don't feel the same way. It can be taken as an open invite to come have "fun" with you. In which case, you're also to be blamed. Respect yourself, and all due respect will be given back to you. It angers me to know that sometimes when guys take advantage of girls, it's also because the girls have given them the space to do so. In alot of instances, guys call girls sluts and whores, but only because the girls themselves have done something to prove that infact, that is true. I repeat, I am not saying that it's right for guys to label girls as such, but hey, if we don't give them the chance nor reason to do so, then sensibly speaking, why would they? And as for the onlookers at the incident who just stood there and took pictures, WHAT THE HELL IS WRONG WITH YOU??? Respect yourself. Be mindful of the behaviour you display in public. And all due respect will be given back to you. And if you still get guys trying to grope your ass, give them a nice, tight slap, and then make a scene. blossoms...{ 3:43 AM } || Friday, January 01, 2010 || People have vastly differing opinions, thoughts, ideas, etc. But NO. It is not true that opposites attract. Cause in many situations, they absolutely DON'T.  In fact they drive each other quite mad.
